1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jdlove platform in any capacity, you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the jdlove Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on jdlove.vip (collectively, the "Platform Rules"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jdlove platform and close your account.

jdlove reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. 2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the jdlove platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jdlove, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jdlove platform or any affiliated gaming service;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

jdlove takes the 21+ age restriction seriously. Age verification is required during the registration process and may be requested again at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned in accordance with applicable regulations. jdlove cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in matters relating to underage gambling.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jdlove games and services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all jdlove accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one jdlove account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jdlove login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jdlove will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: jdlove may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your jdlove account at any time by contacting customer support. jdlove reserves the right to close any account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jdlove platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jdlove accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. No other payment methods are accepted.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jdlove wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on the originating institution.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the jdlove platform. jdlove reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published on the jdlove platform. These limits may be adjusted at jdlove's discretion.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable limits and verification requirements.
• Taxes: You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your winnings under Philippine law. jdlove does not provide tax advice.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jdlove offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jdlove reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• jdlove reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the jdlove bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, jdlove's decision shall be final and binding.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jdlove platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following general principles apply across all jdlove games:

• jdlove uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Game outcomes are final once the round is closed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, jdlove will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jdlove platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;

• Using the jdlove platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jdlove staff or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

jdlove is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jdlove players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jdlove platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jdlove platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jdlove content without prior written consent;
• Use any jdlove trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation;
• Create derivative works based on jdlove platform content;
• Use jdlove content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorised use of jdlove intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jdlove, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jdlove platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or platform downtime;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by technical failures beyond jdlove's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the jdlove platform;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

jdlove's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jdlove account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the jdlove platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

jdlove operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
